Comfort Inn & Suites Dallas Medical-Market Center

I really have to give them 5 stars as the room I got was really clean and smelt delightful. The front desk attendant was very welcoming and friendly. The location can seem a little off when you check in at night, but it turned out great. It's right next to a gas station, so it's easy to walk over and grab stuff. Even if the gas station is closed, there is a guy at a walk-up window that will get you stuff inside. The location is a few minutes from love field so perfect for a layover. Left before breakfast, which is at 6am so can't comment on it. All in all a clean room, a great night sleep.

They are doing a great job with the renovations but the location is around a bunch of homeless people and a rough area, but it's still a good hotel for cheaper. Decent breakfast.

My room with two double beds was large with a sitting area that had a pull-out sofabed. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Hotel appears to have been partially renovated. In the room, the bed, the carpet, paint, artwork, and case goods appear to all be new. The upholstered furniture--sofa and couch--were old and need to be replaced. Convenient location off Stemmons to the hospital complexes and a cheaper, easier option than the large convention hotels nearby. I did not have time to use the pool. Breakfast was good--hot eggs and sausage. I would choose the hotel again if in the area.

So listen, I'm not super particular about my hotel rooms. I want to be comfortable is the big thing. They are simply places for sleep. This meets this well. So I called and asked if I could have early check in. They immediately cleaned the room and it was ready upon arrival. Our AC wouldn't come on when we first got in the room. Maintenance arrived in 3 minutes. it was fixed within another 3 minutes. I set the AC to on and 69 degrees and the temperature remained perfect. The bed was super cozy. I bring my own pillow but the pillows there were amazing too. The comforter wasn't too stuffy. I'm also a night shifter. Let me tell you, this black out shade is on point. We woke up at 10am. You wouldn't have known in that room if it wasn't for the alarm. The hotel is near the highway, so easy to get to where you need to go. The down sides, which are minimal. The parking lot gets full easy. We had 3 spots to choose from at 930pm. (It would have been 4, but some people can't park.) Our window faced the street/gas station. If people revved their engines, we could hear it pretty well inside our room. We just played background noise. It wasn't so bad it was a deal breaker, but light sleepers may not approve. And there are homeless that live under the bridge nearby, but we didn't have any problems with this in the area. But they do keep the door locked after 11pm. All in all, this was definitely a decent stay for the price. Would stay here again.

The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept really well. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient and easy to access, and the atmosphere felt safe and inviting. Overall, it was a great experience

We stayed here for 3 days for a vacation. We had a very nice room. It was super clean and the smell was so good, you could smell the cleaning products right when you opened your hotel door. The bed and pillows were so cozy. The shades on the window would blackout the whole room making it so much easier to sleep in. There are many things close by like restaurants, different attractions and gas stations next door. The staff is very friendly and very quick with service. They offer breakfast in the morning, they have a pool area with a hot tub and a gym. I would definitely stay here again.
